Blood Sucking Geeks: Episode 02 (Sleepaway Camp)

This week, we’re excited to bring Sleepaway Camp – the infamous 1983 slasher fest that had teens all over America questioning their sexuality after that doozy of a “reveal” at the end of the flick.

This episode also includes our first “True Stories from Crowley, Texas” segment, which required weeks upon weeks of dedicated research to bring to light the unsavory history of one of Texas’ most haunted small towns.

We had a blast recording this episode, and we hope you enjoy it. If so, please be kind enough to leave us a review in whichever podcast platform you choose to listen to the podcast.

About the podcast

In each episode of the podcast, Cory, Robert, Codi and Chris take a look at a different horror movie and break down what made it great (or terrible) and also share some true stories from growing up in a small Texas town where all was not what it seemed.

About the Blood Sucking Geeks

The Blood Sucking Geeks is made up of four childhood friends who grew up in shitty Crowley, Texas, where all they could do is watch horror movies and terrorize the townsfolk by stealing all their Christmas decorations. Today, the guys still watch horror movies (but don’t steal any decorations anymore), and now they’ve made a podcast to chronicle all their tales.
